Sales Engineer

We are seeking experienced HVAC sales engineers with exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated customer focus. The individual must be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. The position is commission based with no income caps, potential of $100,000k + per year. In this position, you will:

  • Be responsible for product sales and service to decision makers (owners, contractors, architects, and consulting engineers) in the plan and spec market.
  • Cultivating relationships, managing customer relations and seeking out new sales opportunities.
  • Develop a keen understanding of the customer's systems, design philosophy, business and needs to develop credibility, loyalty and trust.
  • Effectively present and communicate bids; differentiate our products and services as the system solutions.

 

To qualify, you must have a degree in engineering or appropriate work experience; 10 years experience in the HVAC sales environment, excellent initiative, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
